At Sonny’s, simplicity is key. Started by two friends, the original concept was to bake outstanding bread and team it with good quality coffee. Since then they have branched out to include a simple breakfast menu, fresh pies and other house made baked goods. The coffee Sonny’s decided to pair their baked delights with comes from Will & Co. Based out of Bondi Beach, it was started by a small group of mates who loved cafe culture and the beachy lifestyle. They have a special team who selects and tests high quality green coffee beans from around the world, before roasting them to create the delicious blends you’ll find at places like Sonny’s.
