All orders for FOUND Regional magazine are shipped via Australia Post. In Armidale and surrounding areas orders may be hand delivered.
Readers in Australia should allow 5 to 10 business days for their magazine to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for the successful delivery of the magazine. If you would like to add tracking to your order, please contact Steph on steph@foundregional.com.au
We are not responsible for any delays in receiving your order after it’s been posted. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination.
Incorrect addresses
The Found Media Group cannot take responsibility for orders where the customer has entered an address incorrectly. If you have entered an address incorrectly, or the magazine has been returned to us as undeliverable, you will bear the cost of re-posting.
Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for magazines.
