As well as offering a unique cafe menu and plenty of cakes, they also sell organic and local produce, and a selection of ready to eat meals from the cafe kitchen. The coffee roastery chosen for Le Pruneau is The Branches Coffee Roasters. Founded by a Northern Rivers couple, it is a small roastery that uses high grade coffee beans sourced directly from fair trade growers in South East Asia, South America and Africa.
