With storytelling at its core, FOUND FOOD is here to take you on a culinary journey from the mountains to the sea, led by our cover star Simon Jones. From Germany to the UK, Canada to France, Bermuda to Beverly Hills to working on a private yacht sailing the Mediterranean, Aegean and the Black Seas, Simon has seen all kinds, experienced all kinds, and honed his skills in fresh, simple and delicious food. Landing in Bellingen after COVID-19, Simon and partner Selena opened Charlie’s at Church, where you can now experience his passion and expertise in cheffing for yourself. Sounds good, right?
