The Arc-en-Ciel Trout Farm has a loyal following from its decades of operation and dedication to quality products. Its multi medal winning fresh and smoked trout may be purchased at the farm gate or specialty food retailers and events throughout the state. Owners Russell and Meg Sydenham and son Roger run farm tours, Drunken Trout Cafe, and smokehouse.
