Wylde Oak Cafe, located at Sapphire Beach, is quickly becoming a destination cafe and favourite among the locals. With quick access from the Pacific Highway, the cafe is nestled inside Coffs Garden World – an expanded garden and lifestyle collaboration which includes Coffs Harbour Nursery. The cafe seats 120 people with a relaxed outdoor setting wrapped with a koi pond, overlooking the luscious greenery of the nursery. Owners Scott Tarlinton and Ben Wilson are brothers-in-law and both have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. You’ll find the boys in the kitchen passionately plating up contemporary Australian cuisine with a focus on honest, seasonal dishes packed with nutrients and flavour sourced from local farmers and producers.
