Located in the centre of Coffs Harbour, Palate & Ply is the brainchild of Gary and Michelle Collard. Their delicious menu has gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, and includes dishes such as bacon bennie with local baked damper, truffle mushroom bruschetta, an acai bowl and a bacon and egg breakfast with woodfired sourdough. The coffee beans come from the cafe’s roastery and are sold under the Big 5 Coffee Roasters branding. Their blends have been perfected for use in a milky coffee and there’s a rotation of small batch roasted, single origin coffees.
