Located on Harbour Drive, Old John’s is just minutes from Jetty Beach and the Coffs Harbour. It’s popular with locals and visitors alike and is a great spot for breakfast if you’re staying somewhere nearby. On the menu are some cafe staples as well as modern favourites such as a smoked salmon poke bowl, Turkish eggs and highly praised Reuben sandwich with a delicious balance of thinly sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. There are vegetarian options available and a range of drinks to choose from, including thick smoothies, specialty coffee and pots of Chai tea. The cafe itself was updated a few years ago and has a clean, beachside theme. Order takeaway from the outside bar or choose to eat at the cafe, sitting at one of the inside or outside tables. As an added bonus the cafe is pet friendly so the whole family can come. Does it get much better than that?!
