On entering Humbug, the surrounding light-coloured timbers and greenery create an immediate sense of tranquility and warmth. Stephanie and Michael Portley have truly created something special here. Leaning toward Thai and Japanese style noodles, both the cut and the texture of their house made pasta create a dish worth dying for. Try the Campanelle with king prawns, pork and fennel chilli crunch, with a side of fried broccoli and kimchi vinegar.
